Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders. There is no minimum order value for free shipping.

Dispatch timeline

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During launches, sales, or courier delays, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery timeline

Metro cities usually receive orders in 2-3 business days after dispatch. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities usually take 4-6 business days. Remote areas can take 6-10 business days depending on courier coverage.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are sent by WhatsApp, SMS, or email. If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, contact us with your order ID.

COD availability

Cash on Delivery availability depends on your pincode and courier coverage. Prepaid orders are usually dispatched faster.
