Delivery & Tracking
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 2–3 business days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days. Remote areas: 6–10 business days. Dispatch usually happens within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Free shipping across India on all orders. No minimum order value.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by WhatsApp or email. You can also use the Track Order page.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD can be enabled depending on your checkout setup and courier coverage. Prepaid orders are always faster and cleaner operationally.
My order is delayed. What do I do?
Check tracking first. If there’s no movement for more than 48 hours, use the Contact page and send your order ID.

Quality & Longevity
How long do the fragrances last?
It depends on skin, weather, and spraying habits. As a working range, expect roughly 5–8 hours across the lineup, with heavier scents usually lasting longer.
What’s the safest first buy?
The Discovery Pack. If you want one bottle only, MDRCHD is the easiest crowd-pleaser.
Are these full EDPs?
Yes. These are positioned as full Eau de Parfum products, not body sprays or mist-level junk.
How should I apply for best performance?
Spray on pulse points like neck and wrists. Do not rub the fragrance after spraying. Moisturised skin performs better.
How do I store the perfume?
Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, and bathroom humidity. Cool, dry storage wins.

Payment & Purchase
What payment methods are accepted?
Whatever you enable on Shopify checkout: cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and COD if activated.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order is already in motion. Use Contact immediately if you need to intervene.
Can I mix codes inside a bundle?
Yes. That is the whole point of the Bundles page. Pick your own mix.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, if your Shopify order flow is set up properly. This is standard and should not be a mystery.
Returns
Policy & Refunds
What is the return policy?
Your exact policy depends on what you publish in Shopify policies. Link that clearly. Do not leave this vague on a live store.
Can I return an opened bottle?
Usually no, unless the product is defective or damaged. Hygiene and misuse make open-bottle returns messy fast.
How long do refunds take?
After approval, refunds usually depend on the payment method and gateway. Cards and UPI are normally faster than COD bank transfers.
The product arrived damaged. What do I do?
Take photos immediately and use the Contact page with your order ID. Damage claims without proof are weak.

What do the product names mean?
The brand intentionally does not explain them. Either the customer gets it or doesn’t. That tension is part of the positioning.
Is this brand made for gifting?
Yes. Especially CHTYA, MDRCHD, and the Discovery Pack. Reactions are part of the product experience.
